What we collect
We collect the details you give us when you donate or get in touch — such as your name, email and donation history — to process gifts and keep you updated.
How we use it
Your data is used only to administer donations, provide receipts, and communicate about our work. We never sell your information.
Payments
Card payments are handled securely by our payment provider. We never store full card details on our servers.
Recent donations display
When you donate you can choose to show your first name and gift amount on our donate page as a recent supporter. It is optional and off by default: leave the box unticked and you appear only as 'A supporter', never by name. We never publish your email, surname or payment details, and you can ask us to remove your name at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time. Contact us and we'll respond promptly.
